Visual Appearance

Evaluation of the color, clarity and brightness of the wine. A quality wine must have an attractive appearance.

Olfactory

Analysis of the intensity and complexity of aromas. Richness and diversity are valued

Gustative Profile

Evaluation of mouthfeel, including the balance between sweet, sour, bitter and salty.

Global Trial

General evaluation of the wine, taking into account its balance, complexity and overall impression.
